About Real Estate Frame Only

Sturdy and durable black powder coated this frame is constructed of steel for maximum strength and longevity. The frame holds 1 double-sided 18 x 24" sign and an additional 6" x 24" rider. We suggest coroplast as it's economical and great for outdoor displays, but the frame would work with a variety of rigid substrates.

• Steel drop-in sign frame • Holds 18" x 24" sign and 6" x 24" rider • Pointed legs for in ground installation

Shipping & returns

  • Every file is checked

We run a print check on your artwork — resolution, bleed, safe area — before anything reaches a press. If something would print badly, we tell you while you can still fix it.

  • Ships by Thu, Oct 8

A real date from this product’s own production time and cutoff, not an estimate that slips. Rush moves it forward; the page says by how much before you pay.

A print defect, the wrong item, or damage in transit within 30 days of delivery is a free reprint. No arguing, no re-payment.
